Oz Realty Group was founded in 2003 by Charna Thomas Osmundson, a top producing Chicagoland real estate broker. She began her career in 1988 as a sales agent with a large full-service real estate brokerage firm. She furthered her career by obtaining her real estate broker's license in 1990. After 15 years with the same real estate firm she founded Oz Realty Group to meet the demands of the real estate consumer: to offer full-service real estate brokerage services at a reduced commission rate.

- Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) : The Council of Residential Specialists awards the CRS designation to experienced agents who complete a vigorous educational program. - Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) : Is the most recognized professional designation in the real estate industry. The GRI designation is awarded to qualified individuals by the Illinois Associatioin of Realtors, with the educational requirements established by the National Association of Realtors.

Topics include builder/broker relations, market research, creative marketing strategies, on-site sales, customer service, architectural design, blueprint reading, site design, materials and methods of residential construction, along with proven strategies for providing the best sales and marketing services to builders.
