Oz Realty Group meets the demands of the real estate consumer by offering full service real estate services at a reduced commission rate. 

The commission charged by a real estate firm is usually based on a percentage of the sale price of the home. 

3.75%   This is Oz Realty Group's typical commission rate.  It includes exposure on MLSNI (Multiple Listing Service of Northern Illinois), and on three websites: OzRealty.com, Realtor.com and ChicagoTribune.com.  The 3.75% commission rate includes the buyer's agent's commission of 2.5%.  The total commission is usually split equally between the listing company and the buyer's agent's company.  Oz Realty Group pays the buyer's agent's company 2.5% commission.  Oz Realty Group receives the reduced commission rate of 1.25%. 

By not reducing the commission rate that is paid to the buyer's agent, Oz Realty Group assures that listings are shown throughout the real estate community.

2.25%     This is Oz Realty Group's commission rate if the buyer is not represented by a buyer's agent.  Oz Realty Group's aggressive marketing approach reaches many potential buyers who find our listings before looking for an agent.

5%-6%   This is the commission rate typically charged by Chicagoland real estate firms.  Oz Realty Group never charges 5%-6% for full service real estate services.  Oz Realty Group charges 2.25%-3.75% commission.
